Fox Grove Management Overview
DeSales Community Housing Corp. entered a new era at the start of 2005 when it took over management of its multi-family real estate portfolio through a newly-created affiliate, Fox Grove Management LLC.
Fox Grove Management manages DeSales’ 242 apartments and commercial spaces along with Northside Community Housings 121 apartments, including the new Dick Gregory Apartments. Fox Grove Management also operates DeSales’ Management Assistance Program (MAP). MAP provides management services to individual property owners and is funded by the City of St. Louis’ Community Development Administration. The program manages an average of 50 units.
The Fox Grove management team is led by Stan Presson - Director of Property Management, Cristina Rotter - Administrative Manager, Luchae Manning - Leasing Assistant, Angela Poyner - Office Assistant and Trinette Gandy - part-time Office Assistant; Maintenance Technicians-Antwon Mallett and Eldin Dogic; Custodian-Blewossi Dick.
